Psychosociale hulpverlening afgestemd op jou
Soms heb je iemand nodig die met je meeloopt en naar je luistert.
Iemand die je helpt vertragen, helderheid brengt in de chaos, en je weer laat voelen waar jouw ruimte ligt. In mijn één-op-één begeleiding werk ik op een rustige en lichaamsgerichte manier met jou aan herstel, balans en richting.
Deze begeleiding is bedoeld voor (jong)volwassenen die vastlopen door stress, overprikkeling, piekeren, emotionele uitputting of het gevoel zichzelf kwijt te zijn geraakt.
Misschien herken je het wel:
- Je hoofd draait overuren, maar je weet niet hoe je het stil krijgt.
- Je lijf voelt gespannen of moe, zonder duidelijke oorzaak.
- Je voelt je leeg, opgejaagd of uit verbinding met jezelf.
- Je verlangt naar rust, regie en helderheid.

Lichaamsgericht betekent in mijn begeleiding dat we niet alleen praten over wat er gebeurt, maar ook stilstaan bij wat je lichaam aangeeft. Niet door fysieke aanraking vanuit mij, maar simpelweg door aandacht te geven aan wat voelbaar is in je lijf.
Denk aan:
- Waar merk je spanning op?
- Hoe ademt je lichaam in dit moment?
- Welke signalen heb je misschien lang genegeerd?
Zelfs online kun je veel waarnemen in je lijf en juist daar ligt vaak de sleutel tot inzicht en verandering. Je hoeft niets ‘goed’ te doen, we nemen de tijd die jij en jouw lichaam nodig hebben om weer in verbinding te komen.

In mijn begeleiding staat jouw ervaring centraal. Samen onderzoeken we waar je vastloopt en wat je nodig hebt om weer grip te ervaren. We nemen zowel je hoofd, hart als lijf mee in het proces. Ik werk niet vanuit een vast protocol, maar altijd afgestemd op jou.
Ik stel geen diagnoses, werk niet met behandelplannen en bied geen therapie in de zin van reguliere GGZ. Wat ik wél bied is psychosociale begeleiding: een veilige plek waar je gezien wordt, mag landen, en van daaruit stappen kunt zetten.
We gebruiken gesprekken, lichaamsgerichte aandacht, visualisaties en/of mindfulness, afhankelijk van wat bij jou past. Je hoeft het niet allemaal te weten of te kunnen. Je hoeft alleen maar jezelf mee te nemen en de rest volgt vanzelf.

Mijn begeleiding is niet geschikt als:
- je in een acute crisis verkeert of frequent suïcidale gedachten hebt
- er sprake is van psychose of dissociatieve stoornissen
- je behandeling zoekt voor complex trauma, zoals PTSS
- Je behandeling zoekt bij een eetstoornis
- je specialistische GGZ-zorg of diagnostiek nodig hebt
- je een behandeltraject zoekt volgens een vaststaand therapeutisch protocol
